Homefield School Visit Homefield School came to visit WTG to deliver their presentation about raising money for a roof, for the main chicken run. The school won the make a difference challenge in the Great Yarmouth area organised by the Go Givers organisation - http://www.gogivers.org/support/. The pictures of the chicken roof being built are in 'The Chicken' Section.
The children presented their chicken rap that they had written to everyone at WTG. It was AMAZING!!!!!
Willow Tree Rap! Willow Tree Garden's important to us, Supporting the charity gives us a buzz. It's a garden for people with additional needs, To make it look epic they pulled out the weeds. Providing a place for independence to grow, Giving opportunities to have a go. We've raised money to keep the chickens dry And are looking for tools tht we can buy. Working as a team you can't beat, Learning new skills is really sweet. Growing vegetables, yum yum yum, Building friendships, we’re having fun. A MASSIVE thanks goes to Heather and Clare, Who work hard to make things fair. Join with us to help Willow Tree run, So all can enjoy the garden in the sun.
